Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 + £5,000 - £10,000 bonus

Job Overview

The role of the Senior Sales Compensation Manager will involve:

  1. Field sales position selling a high-quality range of aluminium cladding decking systems for balconies in the high-rise sector.
  2. Majority of your time will be spent selling directly to housebuilders, developers, main contractors, balcony fabricators and deck fitting contractors.
  3. Turnover target will be set depending on your experience.
  4. Typical projects would include high-rise office spaces, residential high-rises or blocks of flats/apartments.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal applicant will be a Senior Sales Compensation Manager with:

  1. Must have sold a technical related product such as: aluminium decking, balconies, cladding, timber frame, off-site modular, roofing systems, rain screen, solar shading, glazing systems, insulation, facades etc.
  2. Must have sold to either main contractors or housebuilders/developers.
  3. Would consider an architect specification led sales professional.
  4. Must have sold to main contractors and housebuilders/developers.
  5. Project led with an ability to think laterally.
