Job Title: Senior Sales Compensation Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Compensation Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Senior Sales Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Aluminium Cladding and Decking Systems market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including housebuilders, developers, main contractors, and balcony fabricators.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, sales training, and sales process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of the Aluminium Cladding and Decking Systems market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
