Job Title: Punctuality & Performance Manager

We Are Refyne is seeking a highly skilled Punctuality & Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and executing performance-driven campaigns that align with our brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media advertising strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to ensure the development of compelling ad content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in social media advertising and digital marketing.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity for performance channels and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop relationships with META, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Product Managers to leverage partnerships and identify data and insights to inform our creative social strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in paid social media advertising and AV performance marketing, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and AV media buying.
  • Proficiency in social media and AV advertising tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic AV platforms.
