Job Overview

We Are Refyne is seeking a highly skilled Social & Performance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with brand objectives, leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  2. Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ad content that resonates with our target audience.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in social media advertising and digital marketing.
  4. Monitor and report on competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Develop relationships with META, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Product Managers to leverage partnerships and inform our creative social strategy.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in paid social media advertising and AV performance marketing, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry.
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and AV media buying.
