Job Title: Customer Solutions Representative

Job Summary:

This role is essential for promoting sales and revenue growth while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in customer interactions, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the execution of commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Engage with customers via multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) to understand their needs, provide product and pricing information, and offer tailored solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to promote long-term business partnerships.
    • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  2. Sales and Order Processing:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, promoting new products and services to maximize sales.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, verifying pricing, terms, and conditions to optimize revenue.
  3. Market Analysis and Data Insights:
    • Monitor customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving product offerings and enhancing customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to generate actionable insights for optimizing sales performance.
  4. Marketing Support and Promotional Activities:
    • Work with the marketing team to support promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns that drive sales and increase market share.
  5. Process Improvement and Strategic Development:
    • Continuously seek ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience to drive repeat business.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial strategies and objectives aligned with company goals.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred. A minimum of one year in a customer-facing role within sales or customer service.

Language and Communication Skills:
Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills. Ability to engage customers effectively and foster solid relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and CRM software is preferred. Knowledge of e-commerce is an asset.

Performance and Analytical Skills:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and customer feedback.

Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Resilience and adaptability are key to managing challenges effectively.

Team and Problem-Solving Skills:
