The primary aim of our service is to disrupt the cycle of trauma by aiding young individuals in their recovery and addressing their behavioral challenges.

Given the responsibilities associated with this role, candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.


Position:
Part-Time Youth Support Facilitator
Compensation: £14,976 - £19,968
Overnight Shifts: Compensation of £100 per overnight shift
Work Hours: 24-32 hours weekly
Employment Type: Part-Time
Schedule: 3-week rotating schedule
Shift Types: Combination of Early (8am - 4pm), Late (3pm - 11pm), Full (8am - 11pm)

Role Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in delivering services to young individuals in alignment with the organization's mission.
  • Assist the management team in upholding exceptional standards of care, guidance, and protection for the youth.
  • Carry out practical tasks as outlined in job responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and fulfill administrative duties, including support in auditing and managing youth files.
  • Prioritize health and safety, promptly reporting any concerns to management.
  • Complete mandatory training and adhere to organizational regulations.
  • Introduce engaging activities and new experiences to inspire young individuals.
Qualifications:
  • A valid UK manual driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for potential transportation needs.
  • Minimum age of 21 due to the responsibilities of the role.
  • No prior experience necessary as comprehensive training and induction will be provided. We value the right attitude and qualities for the position.
