The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of security staff, ensuring a safe environment on campus, and responding to critical and operational incidents. You will work closely with Senior Security Managers to provide excellent customer service and support to our diverse international community.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. You will be expected to be computer literate and able to operate a range of software packages. Training will be provided if required.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of security staff to ensure a safe and secure environment on campus
- Respond to critical and operational incidents, including emergencies and medical first aid responses
- Provide excellent customer service and support to students, staff, and visitors
- Work closely with Senior Security Managers to ensure effective security operations
- Be responsible for the operational management of security systems and equipment
