Security Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at OCS Group. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' sites, providing a high level of customer service, and responding to incidents in a professional and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Patrol the site to prevent and detect crime, and to ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and clients
* Respond to incidents and emergencies, such as fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches
* Provide a high level of customer service to clients and visitors, including answering questions and providing information
* Work closely with other security personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
* Maintain accurate records of incidents and security breaches
Requirements:
* SIA licence (CCTV & DS)
* Experience of working in a security role
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner
