Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Account Manager to join their dynamic team, focusing on the management of Amazon accounts with a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
In your role as the Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all Amazon merchant and vendor accounts, including those on an international scale.
  • Creating and executing strategies aimed at enhancing sales, elevating product rankings, and driving traffic.
  • Utilizing analytical tools such as Helium 10 for market and competitor assessments to uncover opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels across all accounts to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Collaborating with the procurement team to formulate precise sales forecasts and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Establishing competitive and profitable pricing models.
  • Enhancing product listings for improved visibility and conversion rates.
  • Working alongside the PPC manager to boost sales and visibility through Amazon advertising.
  • Evaluating sales data and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensuring adherence to Amazon's policies and guidelines.
  • Leading and mentoring sales assistants to maximize their performance.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Amazon account management and e-commerce.

Applicants should have a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and best practices, along with proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Helium 10, and other pertinent tools.

Exceptional analytical skills are crucial for interpreting data and trends for reporting purposes. Strong communication and negotiation abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and high organizational skills are essential. The candidate must adopt a results-oriented approach, focusing on achieving sales and profitability objectives.
