Position Overview
We are in search of a skilled and motivated Account Manager to join their team, focusing on managing Amazon accounts with a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
In your role as the Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all Amazon merchant and vendor accounts, including those on an international scale.
  • Formulating and executing strategies to enhance sales, elevate product rankings, and drive traffic.
  • Utilizing tools such as Helium 10 for market and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and challenges.
  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels across all accounts to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Collaborating with the procurement team to develop precise sales forecasts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creating competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • Optimizing product listings for improved visibility and conversion rates.
  • Working alongside the PPC manager to boost sales and visibility through Amazon advertising.
  • Analyzing sales data and key performance indicators to make informed decisions.
  • Ensuring adherence to Amazon's policies and guidelines.
  • Supervising and mentoring sales assistants to maximize their performance.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Amazon account management and e-commerce.

They should have a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and best practices, along with proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Helium 10, and other pertinent tools.

Exceptional analytical skills are crucial for interpreting data and trends for reporting purposes. Strong communication and negotiation abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and high organizational skills are essential. The candidate must adopt a results-driven approach focused on achieving sales and profitability objectives.
