Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Executive to join our team at Reed. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and progressive business, located in the Potters Bar area.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head of Logistics: Ensure jobs are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Manage Customer Interactions: Enquiries, bookings, and customer queries while upholding the company's values.
- Proactive Support: Sales function by taking bookings and driving revenue.
- Resolve Customer Queries: Promptly address customer complaints and issues.
- Assist Partners: Job-related issues and ensure compliance documentation is received.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor business performance and standards.
- Business Reporting: Participate in compliance processes.
- Process Improvement: Document and implement new processes as needed.
- Client Communications: Manage client communications across various channels, including web chat, email, and phone.
- Booking Management: Process bookings, job amendments, and cancellations in alignment with business terms and conditions.
- Fleet Management: Monitor fleet capacity and ensure all time slots are met, communicating any changes to customers.
- Job Cleansing: Ensure jobs are accurately described before assignment.
- Partner Support: Support Collection Partners with job-related issues and ensure compliance documentation is received.
- Customer Feedback: Log and manage customer complaints, gather feedback, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Online Reviews: Monitor and respond to online reviews and support carrier performance review processes.
- Quality Assurance: Review completed jobs and support internal quality assurance processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify and resolve operational process gaps and keep the operations manual up to date.
- Experience: Operations role is desirable.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
- Education: Degree in a business-related subject is desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite.
