Key Responsibilities:

  • Contractor Performance Monitoring: You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our contractors and ensuring that they meet the required standards.
  • Operational Budget Management: You will be responsible for managing the operational budgets for our properties, ensuring that we are operating within budget and making cost-effective decisions.
  • Audit Facilitation: You will be responsible for facilitating company audits, ensuring that our properties are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Client Management Support: You will be responsible for supporting our client management team in delivering high standards to our clients.
  • Contractor Onboarding and Offboarding: You will be responsible for onboarding new contractors and offboarding underperforming contractors.
  • Contract Performance Monitoring: You will be responsible for monitoring contract performance and ensuring that we are meeting our contractual obligations.
  • Dispute Resolution: You will be responsible for resolving disputes and issues that arise during the course of your work.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Full UK Driver's License: You must hold a full UK driver's license.
  • RICS Certification: RICS certification is preferred but not required.
  • Contract Negotiation: You must have experience in contract negotiation.
  • Performance Management: You must have experience in performance management.
