We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are managed and documented correctly, and that we remain compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contractor Performance Monitoring: You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our contractors and ensuring that they meet the required standards.
- Operational Budget Management: You will be responsible for managing the operational budgets for our properties, ensuring that we are operating within budget and making cost-effective decisions.
- Audit Facilitation: You will be responsible for facilitating company audits, ensuring that our properties are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Client Management Support: You will be responsible for supporting our client management team in delivering high standards to our clients.
- Contractor Onboarding and Offboarding: You will be responsible for onboarding new contractors and offboarding underperforming contractors.
- Contract Performance Monitoring: You will be responsible for monitoring contract performance and ensuring that we are meeting our contractual obligations.
- Dispute Resolution: You will be responsible for resolving disputes and issues that arise during the course of your work.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Full UK Driver's License: You must hold a full UK driver's license.
- RICS Certification: RICS certification is preferred but not required.
- Contract Negotiation: You must have experience in contract negotiation.
- Performance Management: You must have experience in performance management.
