Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team at YMCA England & Wales. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in the success of our charity shop, working closely with the Store Manager and Area Manager to maximize income and promote the work of YMCA within the local community.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain stock levels, including merchandising and stock rotation, to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, taking charge of the store and ensuring continuity of service.
- Work effectively with the store team to achieve sales targets and promote the work of YMCA.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with YMCA's values and standards.
