Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including stock management, customer service, and sales targets.
  • Support the development and implementation of retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising and display standards.
  • Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of retail staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a charity retail environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
