Job Title: Deputy Nursery Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Nursery Manager in the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in the overall management of the nursery, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and parent communication.
