Job Overview

Hawes & Curtis, a renowned luxury brand, is seeking an experienced Training Manager to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct needs assessments, evaluate outcomes, and manage training paths for all stores.
  • Collaborate with business managers to analyze competency gaps, identify training needs, and adapt training programs to meet business objectives.
  • Manage the delivery and quality of training programs, including planning, coordinating, and evaluating training sessions.
  • Conduct on-site coaching and accompany sales teams in implementing key learnings on the sales floor.
  • Previous experience in training and development, preferably in luxury retail, is essential.
  • Strong analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery skills are required.
  • A mature, confident, and positive mindset, along with excellent people skills, is necessary to work with diverse cultures and staff levels.
  • A self-starter with solid organization and influencing skills, able to work autonomously, is preferred.
  • Client-centric and strong fashion sensibility are essential for this role.
  • Possess a passion for fostering a learning culture and developing talents.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
