  2. Strategically build and develop the business, planning ahead through knowledge and experience.
  3. Grow and develop services, maximising referral opportunities.
  4. Identify marketing opportunities and develop a marketing plan.
  5. Manage projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the service.
  6. Compassionately and fairly manage, support, coach, and mentor the team.
  7. Ensure a co-ordinated and consistent approach to service provision, making the best use of allocated resources.
  8. Be involved in staff management issues and ensure safe delivery and accurate recording of care data.
  9. Work flexibly to ensure safe delivery of the service, rolling up your sleeves when required.
