We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who share our values. As a Care Support Specialist, you will assist a diverse group of individuals with varying needs, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. Your role will involve supporting individuals with disabilities, including those who may use wheelchairs, have complex needs, or are non-verbal.
Our facility features communal areas, a garden, and a sensory room, where individuals can engage in activities such as watching television, participating in group events, and enjoying social interactions. Hobbies may include dancing, walking, fishing, and more.
Our team operates in shifts, with day and night coverage to ensure continuous support. We require empathetic individuals with strong communication skills. Training will be provided in areas such as Moving and Positioning, Complex Care, Medication Administration, and Emergency First Aid.
