Role OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who enjoy working with people and share our core values. In this role, you will support a diverse group of 10 individuals with varying needs, helping them lead their best lives. The individuals you will assist may have mobility challenges, complex care requirements, or communication difficulties, but all have unique challenges including learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and acquired brain injuries.
Our facility features a communal lounge, garden, and sensory room, where residents enjoy activities such as watching TV, engaging in group activities, and socializing. Interests among our residents include dancing, walking, weekend outings, playing pool, fishing, and participating in quizzes.
Our team operates in shifts from 8 am to 10 pm and 10 pm to 8 am, with a supportive team structure ensuring adequate coverage.
Candidate ProfileWe value empathy, patience, and strong communication skills. Training will be provided in areas such as Moving and Positioning, Complex Care, Medication Management, Emergency First Aid, MAPA, and Positive Behavior Support.
