We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Willing Care.
About the Role- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Administer medication and treatments according to individual care plans, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor and assess residents' health, updating care records as necessary to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, prioritizing residents' autonomy and dignity.
- Support and mentor care assistants to deliver exceptional care to residents, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Valid NMC PIN and nursing qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), demonstrating a strong foundation in nursing practice.
- Previous experience in a nursing home setting, showcasing expertise in delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing collaboration and open communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
