About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Apprenticeship Operations Team Leader to join our innovative team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless setup and operation of our apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support:
    • Deliver government-funded training programs, meeting regulatory standards (Ofsted, ESFA, Department for Education).
    • Track and exceed KPIs, ensuring timely completion of apprenticeship elements.
    • Manage apprenticeship data on, tracking progress and maximizing completion rates.
  • Team Setup and Management:
    • Support the establishment and management of a new Apprenticeships Team.
    • Assist in recruiting, training, onboarding, and managing team members.
  • Quality and Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Maintain up-to-date records and data for operational activities.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with key departments (Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Finance).
    • Participate in meetings to share information and plan improvements.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from apprentice and school feedback.
    • Ensure a cohesive learner experience from application to completion.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Drive and enthusiasm.
  • Experience in data collection, management, and reporting.
  • Confidence in using online platforms for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
  • A high level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to work independently.
  • A full, clean driving licence.
  • Experience in Apprenticeship operations and funding regulations (desirable).
  • A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent (desirable).
