Business Administration Apprentice

We are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to support with handling day to day tasks to ensure the service department runs smoothly.
**Main purpose of the role**:
Provide administrative support to the service department to ensure jobs are carried out efficiently and accurately for our customers.
To contribute to meeting team priorities while maintaining own professional development.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Undertake administrative tasks, such as photocopying, maintaining filing systems and updating information
- Answering the telephone and liaising with colleagues, customers and suppliers to problem solve and assist in the delivery of services
- Produce correspondence and reports from internal customer relationship management programme
- Learn to accurately input data into computerised systems and spreadsheets and process and retrieve data as necessary
- Minute, produce and distribute accurate records of meetings
- Request ordering of relevant PPE, stationery, tools and equipment from procurement for service department colleagues
- Arranging training for Service department
- Stock monitoring and recording
- Learn to provide support to individual managers as required, including diary management, travel planning and arranging and servicing meetings
- Learn to manage professional development and prioritisation of workload to include training time required to achieve relevant apprenticeship qualification
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks at the request of managers

**Qualifications Required**:
GCSE grades 4 to 9 (A* to C) equivalent in Maths and English.
All applicants will be required to pass initial assessments in Maths and English with the training provider.
36.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Friday 8am to 3.30pm
£9.23 per hour
£336.90 per week
