Thrive Approach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apprenticeship Operations Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our apprenticeship programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
- Deliver government-funded training programmes, meeting regulatory standards (Ofsted, ESFA, Department for Education).
- Track and exceed KPIs, ensuring timely completion of apprenticeship elements.
- Manage apprenticeship data on, tracking progress and maximizing completion rates.
- Team Setup and Management:
- Support the establishment and management of a new Apprenticeships Team.
- Assist in recruiting, training, onboarding, and managing team members.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date records and data for operational activities.
- Collaboration:
- Work with key departments (Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Finance).
- Participate in meetings to share information and plan improvements.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from apprentice and school feedback.
- Ensure a cohesive learner experience from application to completion.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will have:
- Experience in data collection, management, and reporting.
- Confidence in using online platforms for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- A high level of literacy and numeracy.
- Excellent time management, with the ability to work independently.
- A full, clean driving licence.
- Experience in Apprenticeship operations and funding regulations (desirable).
- A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent (desirable).
