About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Business Manager to join our client's team in the North region. This role is primarily field-based, focusing on key customers throughout the area. While you will have the flexibility to work from home, you should reside in the region, as occasional trips to our office will be required. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, paying between £35,000 - £39,000 (depending on experience) with performance-based incentives including a 10% annual bonus and a company car.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth
  4. Conduct regular visits to key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions
