You will be part of a dynamic head office support staff team, including Paraplanners and IFA Administrators, who provide exceptional support to their team of Chartered Financial Planners.

As an IFA Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting data onto the customer back office system and maintaining up-to-date client records
  • Ensuring all compliance paperwork is completed in a timely manner
  • Preparing application forms and necessary paperwork for the advice process
  • Processing and managing new business and servicing cases through to completion
  • Chasing progress of applications and informing Financial Advisers of any issues that arise
  • Processing servicing changes to clients' investments
  • Preparing client portfolio valuations and review documents
  • Collaborating with Paraplanners and Financial Advisers to discuss ongoing and upcoming cases

IFA Administrator Requirements

  • You should have experience as an Administrator in a role with multiple cases to manage while meeting deadlines
  • You should be passionate about delivering high-quality client service
  • You must have excellent numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE grades A - C or 4 - 9)
  • You must be proficient in using Microsoft Office
