About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our Private Wealth Team on a part-time basis (21 hours per week). As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our consultants and clients, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new business for allocated consultants, or others where needed, to an extremely high standard.
  • Provide quality administration support to clients with regard to the transactional elements of their portfolio in line with the Mercer code of professional conduct.
  • Assist in the retention and development of existing clients and provide support to the team.

Requirements

  • Strong administration experience, ideally within a Financial Services environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent IT experience in order to work with the necessary IT systems in place.
  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines.
