Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our Financial Services team at Bishop Fleming.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administration and sales support to consultants, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures, and proactively supporting consultants in the provision of on-going independent financial advice to clients.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Assisting in the preparation of letters and technical reports for consultants, from a brief and/or client file information.
- Researching products and funds to enable suitable providers to be selected for inclusion in a benefit / investment strategy.
- Reviewing and commenting on the suitability of existing pension, investment, and protection arrangements, including SSAS/EPP.
- Handling client correspondence of a technical nature on behalf of consultants, which may include provision of specific information to clients.
- Ensuring that consultants are kept up to date/notified re any difficulties or non-standard matters, as appropriate.
- Ensuring timely & accurate implementation of required work and ensuring continuous communication with Consultants/Clients as appropriate.
- Acting as technical interface between consultant and client.
- Proactively collating information required for reports.
- Commercial awareness to produce reports in a sales format.
- Assisting the Office Manager and Admin team with day-to-day office administration as required.
