Job Summary

We are seeking a Front of House Event Staff member to join our team on a casual basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests in our in-house concessions outlets.
  • Interact with customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work areas, adhering to our high standards.
  • Operate the till system accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables and buffet stations efficiently.
  • Prepare rooms and surrounding areas for service, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Adhere to our policies and standards, including cash handling, stock management, health and safety, and food safety.

Requirements

  • Be hardworking, punctual, and reliable, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues effectively.
  • Be well-presented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have previous experience in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
  • Be able to work as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
