About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Inventory Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate inventory records and providing valuable insights to our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in using Excel, preferably in SQL, and Python for data analysis and reporting.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull and analyze reports of current inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compare current inventory to sold inventory to determine availability and make informed decisions.
  • Utilize Excel, SQL, and Python to perform inventory analysis and provide detailed reports to the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of sales campaigns to optimize inventory management and sales strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve inventory management and sales performance.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel, with an understanding of SQL and Python preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn platforms quickly, such as our boarding pass platform.
  • Excellent communication skills for report presentations and team interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with building inventory management models and software.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools.
  • Preferably knowledge with APIs.
