Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Inventory Management Specialist to oversee our stock levels and enhance profitability and operational efficiency by ensuring optimal inventory levels of high-quality products at all times. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a solid understanding of supply chain processes, and proficiency in tracking shipments, conducting inventory audits, and maintaining detailed reports on purchases and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate supply and demand to avoid overstocking and stockouts
  • Input purchase information (vendor details, invoices, and pricing) into internal systems
  • Order merchandise replenishments as necessary
  • Monitor shipments, receive orders, and resolve any delays
  • Label, box, and tag all products appropriately
  • Manage the storage of items, especially delicate products
  • Conduct regular inventory audits
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel and other internal teams to assess product quality (including delivery status and storage conditions)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records (including daily shipment updates)

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, or a related field
  • Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite)
  • Proficiency in English is advantageous
