The restaurant is a beautiful, uniquely designed space with bespoke tableware and one of the largest wine lists in the country. As an Inventory Management Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Providing stock management support to the Head of Inventory, for all cellar-related duties and responsibilities.
  • Leading the team and managing all cellar operations in the absence of the Head of department.
  • Receiving deliveries of beverages and other goods when required, checking the accuracy and quality of goods according to instruction.
  • Storing beverages and any other goods when required in the appropriate manner, ensuring that products are kept in the best possible conditions to preserve quality and prevent any damage.
  • Managing rotas, holidays, and lieu day allocations for all departments in the absence of the Head of Inventory.
  • Leading by example and training, educating, and motivating the team.
  • Ensuring that staff receive proper training and guidance in work ethic and operations.
  • Controlling stock holding in line with stock rotation procedures.
  • Delivering accurate stock valuation reports on a monthly basis.
  • Ensuring that beverage products are properly received from distribution, and that all products are correctly stocked.
