We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Lead to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and delivering training events and programs that promote mental health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Program Promotion and Planning: Support the creation of training events, programs, and other elements of the service to engage and interest all participants.
- Business Development: Proactively identify, secure, and nurture relationships with corporates and agencies to increase income through training, partnerships, and fundraising.
- Training Delivery: Be an integral part of the team developing and delivering training to a broad spectrum of participants, including the community, businesses, and public sector.
- Marketing and Promotion: Promote our training events and programs locally and nationally, distributing marketing literature as appropriate.
- Client Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate training clients and prospects.
- Experience: Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on mental health and wellbeing.
- Qualifications: Mental health first aid training and a relevant qualification in training and development.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- DBS Check: A satisfactory DBS check is required for this role.
- Salary: £30k salary (pro-rata for part-time)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid Working: Flexible working arrangements
- Holidays: 35 days holiday plus your birthday off
- Pension: Enhanced company pension contribution (5%)
- Wellbeing: Wellbeing hour every week to focus on your health and happiness
- Volunteering: Volunteering days to help a cause of your choice
- Car Parking: Free on-site car parking
- Qualifications: Free suicide awareness and mental health first aid qualification
- Payments: Paid on the 19th of each month for the full month
