Dr.Jart is a Korean skincare brand that has gained popularity in the UK and ROI. We are seeking an ambitious and adaptable individual to join our team as a National Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategic plans to increase brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve retail, net, and profit sales goals through effective account management of designated retailers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build bespoke retailer trade marketing plans and joint business plans.
- Monitor and communicate competitor activity and performance within store groups.
- Manage P&L to deliver fiscal year plans and recommend actions to drive profitable growth.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working in a National Account Management role with P&L responsibility.
- Strong organizational skills and time management are crucial to be successful in this role.
- Ability to prioritize and navigate complexity.
- Exceptional communication skills and building close working partnerships across all internal functions is essential.
