Salary/Rate: Up to £650 per day INSIDE IR35

Job Type: Contract

Company Overview:

We are excited to partner with a leading consultancy client to find a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their team for a twelve-month contract.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including integrations and configuration of various modules.
  • Develop solution architecture design documents and data models to ensure effective implementation.
  • Set up Mid-Servers and implement technical prerequisites for ServiceNow installation and commissioning.
  • Define implementation strategies and roadmaps, mapping business requirements to ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Configure and populate ServiceNow, including data collection, software vendor onboarding, and discrepancy reporting.
  • Identify and deploy ITOM agents and discovery capabilities to optimize ServiceNow performance.
  • Manage hardware contracts and software licence entitlements, including custom license metrics and configurations.
  • Perform reconciliation to ensure accurate usage and compliance positions.
  • Develop reclamation and re-harvesting rules to optimize ServiceNow performance.
  • Customize ServiceNow to meet key business needs, including custom licence metrics, tables, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support the design and implementation of SAM and HAM processes and IT Service Management workflows.
  • Monitor and maintain ServiceNow, including updates, data integrity checks, and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of ServiceNow and its capabilities, as well as excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
