Work Type:
Temporary, 4 hours per week – 4.45pm – 6.45pm Tuesdays & Wednesdays with occasional overtime in school holidays

Pay Rate:
£11.44 p/h


We are seeking an experienced youth worker to join our team at The Arc in Westcliffe, Scunthorpe. As a Youth Development Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the lives of young people in our community.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with children and young people to provide support and guidance
  • Develop and deliver youth programmes and activities
  • Build relationships with local partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures


Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people in a youth work setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime in school holidays
