Administrative Coordinator

The Giaroli Centre is a prestigious boutique private clinic based in Harley Street, central London.
We specialise in child psychiatry for ADHD and Autism and are internationally known as a UK centre of excellence in the private sector.
Benefits- Competitive salary of £22,000 to £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:
- Overseeing the prescription delivery and management system
- Filing of electronic documents
- Review, upload and update registration forms
- Minuting meetings
- Ordering and managing office stock items
- Responsible for daily reception lists
- Supporting the tracking of complaints and their responses
- Managing the monthly compliments newsletter
- Supporting Operational Team members with collation of documents
- Ensuring clinic rooms are prepared before and after clinics
- Supporting clinicians with administrative functions for report sharing, uploading and collation
We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. Private practice or psychiatry-clinic experience is desirable but not essential.
