About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Manager to drive the commercial growth of a rapidly expanding confectionery brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and increasing the penetration of branded products through retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to drive growth
* Lead and manage the commercial strategy for the brand
* Increase the penetration of our branded products through key retail channels
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the brand's market presence
* Liaise with external marketing and PR agencies to enhance brand visibility

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the FMCG sector, preferably in confectionery
* Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
* Excellent relationship management skills with retailers, suppliers, and external agencies
* Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset to achieve and exceed commercial targets
* Dynamic leadership abilities to inspire and grow sales, marketing, and account management teams
