- To manage the requirements of various community groups using our facilities, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- To encourage and facilitate collaboration across community user groups, the church, and volunteers, promoting a culture of mutual support and respect.
- To develop and implement effective outreach strategies, engaging with vulnerable individuals and groups in the community.
- Proven experience in community development, outreach work, and volunteer management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on achieving goals and objectives.
