About the Role:
Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team in the construction sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects with a value of up to £60 million, including RC Frame Structure projects
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
- Manage and coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Oversee health and safety, quality assurance, and contract administration
- Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in a relevant field, such as Civil Engineering
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Strong understanding of project programming, delivery, and quality assurance
