Senior Construction Project Manager

A leading construction consultancy in Cambridge is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team.

The Senior Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing high-profile projects across various sectors, including commercial, retail, hospitality, and leisure. With a strong emphasis on science and technology initiatives, this role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in project management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategic project plans, navigating through RIBA stages and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success.

Requirements:

  • Chartered status through RICS, CIOB, or APM.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale Real Estate projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: £55,000 - £65,000.
