Job Overview

Role Objective

The purpose of this position is to architect, develop, and enhance software solutions, leveraging various engineering methodologies to deliver robust business, platform, and technological capabilities for our clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-quality software solutions utilizing industry-standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring that the code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for peak performance.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to establish software requirements, devise strategic solutions, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Participate in peer collaboration, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay abreast of industry technology trends and innovations, actively contributing to the organization's technology communities to promote a culture of technical excellence and growth.
  • Adhere to secure coding practices to minimize vulnerabilities, safeguard sensitive information, and ensure the delivery of secure software solutions.
  • Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

  • Provide consultation on complex issues, offering guidance to People Leaders to assist in resolving escalated matters.
  • Identify risk mitigation strategies and develop new policies/procedures to support the control and governance agenda.
  • Take ownership of risk management and enhance controls related to the work performed.
  • Engage in work closely related to other areas, requiring an understanding of how various functions coordinate and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas to stay informed about business activities and strategies.
  • Conduct complex analyses of data from multiple internal and external sources, creatively solving problems and enhancing processes.
  • Communicate intricate information effectively, ensuring clarity even when dealing with sensitive or complex content.
  • Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
