- Requirements Analysis
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis to understand business needs.
- Decipher business requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify gaps in requirements and modify existing programs or create new ones.
- Solution Design
- Design end-to-end solutions for customer journeys on digital channels.
- Create component designs and ensure thorough digital design principles are applied.
- Produce designs and Proof of Concepts (POCs) and define frameworks.
- Build Review
- Review builds to ensure alignment with technical requirements and business objectives.
- Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, etc.

Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with a strong background in engineering or solution architecture and exceptional influencing and relationship skills to drive prioritization and process change within supply chain teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, microservices, and CI/CD, with the ability to produce innovative solutions and drive change.
Key Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Java, with extensive experience in Java 7/8 and JEE.
- Strong knowledge of Spring 3/4 frameworks, including Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices architecture and design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies; Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) experience is beneficial.
- Cross-skilled with proficiency in Java server-side (core Java with Spring) and client-side development (JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, Ajax, etc.).
- Strong understanding of J2EE frameworks and design patterns.
