We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in the UK office in Weybridge. This is a 12-month fixed-term position with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of the EMEA Commercial & Financial Strategy.
- Collaborate with key teams to drive commercial and financial performance.
- Model past, current, and future commercial trends to inform business strategy.
- Work with the Commercial Manager and Analyst to determine short- and long-term goals for the Trade distribution strategy.
- Prepare supporting information for informed decision-making and effective rollout of terms.
- Ensure efficient execution and maintenance of Commercial & Tactical schemes.
- Support activity analysis on commission schemes to drive continuous improvement.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support commercial decision-making.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Model past, current, and future channel mix, including topline distribution channel.
- Provide external reporting to support commercial activities.
- Work with the sales team to understand channel trends and improve ROI on investment activities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on the Trade Loyalty Program and Co-op Marketing Analysis.
- Experience in a commercial and analytical role.
- Qualifications to Degree or equivalent.
- Experience with Salesforce, Essbase, Brio/Hyperion, and Power BI.
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to present commercial and financial information to non-finance colleagues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
