About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Design Consultant to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our Retail division, you will play a crucial role in putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer experience roadmaps to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Create customer journey maps to identify opportunities for improvement and inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Analyse customer data and insights to inform business strategies and drive customer engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer experience design, behavioural science, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of human-centred design principles and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
