About the Role

As a Customer Experience Design Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences across our products and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer journey maps, and provide expertise on customer experience management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Understanding and experience of Behavioural science

  • Understanding and experience of Customer experience management best practice across insurance and other industries
