Assistant Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Marie Curie UK. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining high standards of display and layout, and ensuring that stock density is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout
- Ensure that stock density is maintained
- Regularly rotate stock to ensure maximum realistic prices are obtained
- Manage cash handling and financial management procedures
- Make decisions within agreed parameters
- Organize and prioritize workload to balance competing demands
