Job Title: Assistant Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Marie Curie UK. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining high standards of display and layout, and ensuring that stock density is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout
  • Ensure that stock density is maintained
  • Regularly rotate stock to ensure maximum visibility and sales
  • Obtain maximum realistic prices on donated items, in accordance with charity guidelines
  • Manage cash handling and financial procedures, including completion of sales records
  • Make decisions within agreed parameters
  • Organize and prioritize workload to meet competing demands
