Job Title: Assistant Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Marie Curie UK. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining high standards of display and layout, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop and shop windows
  • Ensure that stock density is maintained, regular rotation of stock is carried out, and maximum realistic prices are obtained on donated items
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in the store
  • Manage the running of the store, including lone working, and ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained
