About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Account Coordinator to join our team at a busy bakery site in Poole. As a key member of our client's support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to on-site clients and assisting our workforce with their recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting clients with their recruitment requirements, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
  2. Assisting our workforce with enquiries and shift bookings, providing a high level of customer service.
  3. Maintaining strong relationships with on-site management, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  4. Completing staff check-ins, PPE checks, and factory walks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Performing administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and excellent multitasking abilities. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

This is a part-time opportunity, working 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to work across 7 days per week, various shifts, and finish times depending on the customer's and site's requirements.
