We are seeking an experienced Product Leader with a proven track record in either the Communications Service Provider (CSP) or Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) space to join us at a pivotal stage of our growth. As part of Vonage, you'll have the opportunity to support and empower a highly respected, globally distributed, and diverse Product Management team. Your contributions will directly influence how billions of people around the world communicate.

What you will do:

  • Go-to-Market & Revenue Generation:
    • Create strategic direction and monitor the effectiveness of the go-to-market process.
    • Develop pricing frameworks for the Product Management function.
    • Own the overall product financial forecast.
    • Create and maintain customer segmentation.
    • Ensure product marketing processes align with and support corporate strategic objectives.
  • Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee the development and implementation of Product Management governance processes and workflows enterprise-wide.
    • Establish and manage project interdependencies and priorities.
    • Identify and champion the creation of new products and capabilities to meet evolving business challenges.
    • Own responsibility for project risk identification and resolution.
  • Strategy:
    • Establish overall Product Management direction and actively support associated goals and objectives.
    • Own annual strategic planning and priority setting processes.
    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of multi-quarter strategic business unit roadmaps.
    • Continually seek opportunities to maximize revenue generation.

What you will bring:

  • Senior level product leadership experience operating in a role with global impact and scale.
  • Commercial experience and understanding of how effective product management can influence and impact sales activities.
  • Product leadership skills at the executive level - confident and comfortable articulating product vision to C-Suite and Board Members.
  • Experience leading product management within either the CSP or CPaaS space - deep knowledge of either is required.
  • Deep understanding of developer APIs and how APIs are built and operated at scale.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to:

  • Define, articulate, and drive the vision, strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of complex, large-scale software systems.
  • Present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Identify risks and threats in current and emerging technologies, procedures, features, and operations.
  • Develop technical and process skills in others.
